A key initiative in this strategy is the Revive project which refurbishes existing bus shelters to extend their lifespan by up to 10 years, achieving a 94% decrease in greenhouse gas emissions. This process involves using recycled parts and upcycling, minimising waste and offering a cost-effective alternative to new shelters.
