Award Categories

This year, we have twelve prestigious awards, each representing excellence in Out of Home advertising. They are split across four categories; Planning Excellence, Creative, Effectiveness and A Platform for Good. Our Grand Prix winner will be chosen out of the Gold award winners at the award ceremony in June.

Chair of Judges

Maisie McCabe is the UK editor at Campaign. She develops and implements Campaign UK’s editorial strategy, overseeing its website and supporting its commercial and live events. She was shortlisted for Editor of the Year (Business Media) at the 2025 PPA Awards and received a High Commendation for B2B Editor of the Year at the 2025 BSME Awards.

FAQs

Entry is free of charge.

You’ll need to submit your entry via the online portal, using the entry form, as outlined in the Entry Kit

Entries are open to any organisation, in any sector and of any size (except the SME Advertising Award), which ran an Out of Home campaign in the UK during 2025.

Entries will close at 20:59pm, Friday 20th February 2026.

You can submit as many entries as you like and enter a campaign into more than one award. We strongly suggest you read through the categories and entry form questions, and if you are entering the same campaign into multiple awards, you should think about tailoring what you write for each award. When supplying campaign and individual credentials, please ensure you have the necessary permissions before submitting. Find out more information in our Entry Kit (page 4).

You will need to provide a minimum of 2 and maximum of 12 supporting materials which can include high-res images of the campaign, graphs and videos.

Image resolution should be a minimum 1000px (height/width) and at least 150dpi. If you wish to upload a video as part of your submission, please do so by uploading it to a sharing platform of your choice and pasting in a URL into the box on the entry form. Please note WeTransfer links are not accepted and your video links must be shareable.

You will receive an automated email confirming that your submission has been received, once you submit your entry. Don’t forget to check your junk email, as they have been known to end up in there, however if you’ve checked and not received a confirmation email, please email the OMAs team at OutdoorMediaAwards@BauerMediaOutdoor.com.

You cannot amend your entry once it has been submitted, but you are able to click ‘save for later’ during the entry process, to re-visit your entry at another time. However, you must press ‘complete’ to submit your entry, we cannot see entries in the draft format.

Our panel of judges are asked to individually evaluate your entries based on the criteria outlined for each category. Take a look at our Entry Kit for more details. The judges will come together to discuss and evaluate this year’s submissions, before deciding who will make the shortlist, which will be announced 7th May 2026.
